Eighteenth Edition of Iranian Theater Directors Night with Artists Present Without Mandatory Hijab

The eighteenth edition of the Iranian Theater Directors Night was held at the House of Artists with the presence of artists, also without mandatory hijab.
On Sunday afternoon, the 10th of Ordibehesht, the eighteenth edition of the Iranian Theater Directors Night was held in the form of a tribute ceremony for “Atila Pesyani”, an actor, coinciding with the 66th anniversary of his birth, at the House of Artists of Iran. However, Atila Pesyani appeared at this ceremony with a different appearance, which caused concern among artists and art enthusiasts. The published images indicate his illness, and everyone wished him good health.
At this ceremony, artists such as “Fatemeh Motameda’ria” and “Afsaneh Baigan” were also present without mandatory hijab. “Nazanin Sheikh Pour”, one of the photographers of this ceremony, took a photo of Ms. Baigan from an angle that shows an earring with the “Shir Khorshid” (Lion and Sun) symbol. A sign of the culture and civilization of the Iranian plateau that displayed itself on Ms. Baigan’s face.

“Setareh Pesyani”, the daughter of “Atila Pesyani”, also gave a speech at this ceremony, expressing her pride in being the daughter of this successful artist and her collaboration with her father. His birthday celebration was also held with the presence of his wife and many artists including Fatemeh Motameda’ria, making this night memorable.
