Damavand dedication; the southeast ridge of the peak was released

The deputy head of the Iranian Land and Property Registration Organization says that not even a centimeter of the land on the southeastern ridge of Damavand is vested. “Skan News” writes that although a section of the peak has been vested, not all of Damavand has been released, and the dispute over two registration plates continues.
Sadegh Saadatian, deputy head of real estate and cadastre affairs at the Iranian Real Estate Registration Organization, says that with the round-the-clock efforts of a special team, the land ownership document for the southeastern ridge of Damavand has been issued in the name of the government, and not even a centimeter of the land in the area is endowed. He announced the registration of the last ridge of Damavand Peak in the name of the government and told Mizan News Agency: “The issue of the disputed part of the registration plates 68 and 69 is also under review and will definitely be preserved by a judicial ruling.”
At the same time, Mohammad Darvish, an activist and environmental expert, announced a “great victory” for lovers of Damavand and Iran regarding two license plates in the Haft Larijan district, writing on Instagram: “… The popular demand and the strength of national will caused this 2,377-hectare area to be issued in the early hours of Wednesday morning, August 28, in the name of the National Forests, Rangelands and Watershed Management Organization, so that we can celebrate the beginning of the end of Iran-bashing under the pretext of endowment. For my part, I would like to thank all my compatriots who participated in this victory.”
The website of the Hamshahri newspaper, which revealed and made public the news of the 11th Damavand endowment, reports that Damavand has been removed from the endowment, but "Scan News" has announced that although the cutting of the Damavand peak in a civil and non-violent demand by the people has resulted in the endowment, not all of Damavand has been liberated.
The website writes that registration plates 68 and 69 have not been deregistered: "At 12:30 last night and in the early hours of August 29, 2020, the head of the Amol Natural Resources Department, experts from the General Department of Natural Resources of Mazandaran, and officials from the Rineh Deeds Registration Office appeared at the Rineh Deeds Registration Office to resolve the problem in favor of the national lands. However, the disputed part, registration plates 68 and 69, have not been deregistered, and if the demands continue, other parts of this area will certainly be registered as national lands by court order."
“Public concern”
The Endowment Organization has announced the news of the Damavand endowment and declared the endowment of the aforementioned plots in the village and pastures of Malar in 2005 as legal and established. The spokesperson for the judiciary and the Endowment Organization, who are complicit in each other, have called these lands pastures that were issued in the name of the first Pahlavi 90 years ago, but were invalidated due to the objections of the pasture owners and they dedicated this land: “… Because this endowment had been acquired by the first Pahlavi, in 1944 it was returned to endowment in court, and in 374 the endowment of plots 68 and 69 of the original section 7 of Larijan was confirmed.”
This is while Davar Namdar, the Director General of the Legal Office of the Environmental Protection Agency, has announced that the disputed area between the Forestry Organization and the Endowment Organization is more than 4,000 meters high, and no authority has been able to obtain a title deed for this area so far: "The issue of endowment of part of Mount Damavand was raised when our colleagues in the Mazandaran Provincial Natural Resources Department went to the provincial registration office to prepare a cadastral map and obtain a title deed, and they discovered that two of the 11 license plates in the Damavand region had problems with the endowment registration records."
Namdar told Hamshahri Online that if the problem is not resolved through the working groups of the Endowment and Forestry Organizations, the Environmental Protection Organization and the Forestry Organization will resolve the issue through legal means.
Mount Damavand was registered as the first natural monument in the list of national monuments of Iran in 2008 and is considered one of the areas managed by the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, the Environmental Protection Organization, and the Forests, Rangelands, and Watershed Management Organization.
