Recent Events and Calls for Nationwide Uprising Today, Sunday
People in Khuzestan have announced a call for today in the neighborhoods of Naderi, Cyrus, Zitoon Karmandi, Shelang Abad, Malashieh, and Kianpars at 6 PM.
Activist people in Khuzestan have seized a Basij base and evacuated its weapons. The weapons that were used to suppress protesting people are now in the hands of the people of Khuzestan. The message of the people of Khuzestan to these Basij members is at what price you kill and wound people. The example of someone who went to Shahcheragh and sprayed people with bullets are such Basij members who have attacked people’s lives with these weapons. We have all identified you and there is no place to escape. Even if someone in your place is unaware, your own family will sell you out. You kill but the clerics are fleeing. Tell the Daesh members, all safe places are closed to you, because we, the people of Khuzestan, are armed today.
Another call has been made in Qaleh Hassan Khan for today. The people of Qaleh Hassan Khan have set 12 PM and 6 PM for this call and announced that in solidarity with Iran’s nationwide uprising, we will be present in all neighborhoods of Qaleh Hassan Khan.
Another call in Tehran and Karaj in the areas of Hasarak, Mehr Shahr, Azimiyeh, Gohardasht and in Tehran in the areas of Saadat Abad, Sadeghieh, Tehranpars, Nazi Abad will be held against the crimes of the Islamic Republic.
During protest gatherings in Tehran, a young girl identified as “Nasrin Ghadeeri,” daughter of Ahmad and Saltaneh from Marivan, fell into a coma due to blows from a baton to the head by suppressive forces and later died in one of Tehran’s hospitals.
It should be noted that security forces prevented the transfer of Nasrin Ghadeeri’s body and informed her relatives that we will transfer the body to Marivan ourselves, but then announced that the body has been stolen and its whereabouts are unknown.
Following this tragic event, people in Marivan gathered in front of Nasrin Ghadeeri’s house, given that the area around the house is relatively crowded and plainclothes officers are also present.
People announced that we do not want bribes, we people of Marivan will one hundred percent accompany the innocent body of Nasrin Ghadeeri to the cemetery and will mark this day with resounding slogans.
The people of Sanandaj also, in solidarity with the people of Khash, stained the “Shepherd Girl” statue in memory of the victims of the mass massacre in Khash. The Islamic Republic, in another crime, brutally shot 16 innocent Baluch people.
