Summons of "Abbas Pahlevani" to the Sabzevar Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office

Abbas Pahlavani, a faculty member at Hakim University of Sabzevar, was summoned to the Sabzevar Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office.
Abbas Pahlavani from Sabzevar, a professor and faculty member at Hakim Sabzevari University, was summoned by the First Investigation Branch of the Sabzevar Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office on charges of membership in groups hostile to the regime and insulting the leadership.
The aforementioned summons was served on him, despite the fact that, in addition to being a civil activist and a faculty member of the Department of Environment at Hakim Sabzevari University, he also works as a professor at the aforementioned university, but he has been subject to legal prosecution.
According to the text of the summons served on him, Abbas Pahlavani must appear at the aforementioned courthouse within 5 days of the date of service and defend himself against the charges brought against him, including "membership in groups hostile to the regime" and "insulting the leadership."

People like Abbas Pahlevani, who have been summoned to the prosecutor's office many times on similar charges, have been deprived of the right to a fair trial and to have a lawyer, while the deprivation of a lawyer during interrogation, retrial, and trial, as well as the denial of access to other procedural requirements, are violations of Article 9 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and Article 9 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.
In addition, Article 10 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights emphasizes that individuals should have the right to a fair trial by an impartial judge, interrogator, and investigator. Unfortunately, most of these individuals, who are interrogated on similar and false charges, are deprived of all of these rights.
