I'm not worried about any threats, I lived with threats for 40 years.

Prince Reza Pahlavi stated in an interview in Israel that he was not worried about any threats and that he had lived with threats for the past 40 years.

Prince Reza Pahlavi traveled to Israel on Monday, April 17, with his wife Yasmine, to convey a message of friendship to the Iranian nation, talk with Israeli water experts about how to deal with the crisis in Iran's water resources, caused by the Islamic Republic regime's abuse, and pay tribute to the victims of the Holocaust on their Memorial Day.

Prince Pahlavi expressed his satisfaction with participating in the annual official ceremony and attending the Nadbeh site, as well as paying tribute to the Holocaust victims' memorial service, and announced that he was confident in the relationship between Iran and Israel and hoped that they would resume their historic friendship.

His visit to Israel sparked widespread reactions on social media. He was interviewed in Israel by Israeli Intelligence Minister Gila Gamliol. In part of the interview, the prince, in response to a reporter's question about concerns about security threats and the Iranian people's desire for improved relations between Iran and Israel, said: "I have never been worried about any threats. Rather, I lived with threats for 40 years, and these threats have never prevented me from serving the freedom of my country. We know what kind of regime we are dealing with, a regime that has killed and assassinated many Iranians over the years, and these issues were not a threat to me that would prevent me from continuing my goal. Even if there were threats to travel to Israel, I would still travel to this country."

He also continued regarding the reaction of the Iranian people: "The Iranian people are very happy and excited because someone is their voice. Referring to social media, he said that the Iranian people, contrary to what the regime has always said about its opposition and hostility to Israel, not only do they have no opposition or hostility to Israel, but they also want friendship with this country; because they know how a relationship of friendship and cooperation with this country can be effective for the construction and future of Iran."
