The Story of "Yasmine Pahlavi" and the Bitter Truth of the Iranian Opposition

The recent story of "Yasmine Pahlavi" prompted the Resistance Column to tell the bitter truth about the Iranian opposition.
In the midst of Iran's most critical period, where people have reached the brink of absolute exhaustion under the burden of high prices, water shortages, frequent blackouts, and breathtaking repression, the publication of a story by Yasmine Pahlavi, wife of Reza Pahlavi, sparked a wave of reactions.
Yasmine Pahlavi posted an Instagram story, writing: “Reza Pahlavi is 64 years old and has dedicated his life to Iran. Some may think there is a better person. I hope you find the person with more strength and honesty, because he will soon step out of this endless cycle. I think when he steps out of this struggle, Iran will be trapped for a hundred years or more by these ignorant mullahs and their children who are destroying the country and its resources. The clock is ticking.”
Yasmine Pahlavi's words quickly became a pretext for the state media to enthusiastically report on the weakening of the opposition. The same media that has for years concealed the misery of the Iranian people and has brazenly trumpeted every national defeat in the name of "victory."
Following the publication of Yasmine Pahlavi's post and the joy of the regime's agents, a person named "F. M." wrote in a frank reaction to the incident: "Ms. Yasmine Pahlavi's office has published a post whose content is as follows: Reza Pahlavi is 64 years old and has dedicated his life to Iran. Some may think that there is a better person. I hope you find the person who has more strength and honesty, because he will soon step out of this endless cycle."
F. M. warned about this and added: "If this news, as its content suggests, is about the imminent withdrawal of Prince Reza Pahlavi from the struggles and political leadership of the opponents of the Islamic Nakba government, it is very regrettable and regrettable. I hope this is not true and my understanding is wrong."
F. M. reminds us that all revolutions in the world have been based on a leader, and without such a main pillar, movements have ended in chaos and fragmentation. He continued: “The pillar of the Islamic Republic of Nakba is Khamenei. The pillar of the opponents of this anti-Iranian and anti-people government is Prince Reza Pahlavi. In fact, if the prince steps down for any reason, the scattered opposition forces, from the same five-member parties to political opportunists, will turn on each other like the corpse-eaters of history. This rift will be the greatest gift to the Islamic Republic; a government that turns the lives of millions of Iranians into hell every day with its corruption and incompetence, but continues to buy its own life by dividing the opposition.
"Iranians today live in a situation where their hope for the future is fading every day. Workers whose salaries are not enough to live on, young people who are waiting in line to emigrate, mothers who cannot find medicine for their children; all are victims of a government whose pillar of power is a sick and elderly leader and whose pillar of opposition is a tired and pressured individual."
According to F. M., Yasmine Pahlavi's writing is more than a personal rant. It is a direct warning to the fans and the society that expects too much from Reza Pahlavi, without reducing the heavy burden on his shoulders. F. M. writes about this warning: "Ms. Yasmine's writing is a warning. It is a warning that we, the people who support the prince, should consider that he is a human being and that human tolerance for distractions is not infinite. At least his fans should consider this issue and reduce the amount of pressure on him, not add to it. I hope that the death of the cannibal Khamenei will happen as soon as possible so that such resignations or withdrawals do not reach the stage of action, perhaps at the right time there will be an opening in our work as Iranians."
This story and the reactions to it and FM's warning expose a bitter truth: Iran's opposition is still based on one person. If this pillar is shaken, the Islamic calamity regime will rule over the ruins of Iran with a more comfortable imagination, and again, it is the people who will have to pay the price for everything.
