Recent arrests in various cities
The number of arrests is increasing amid nationwide protests in Iran. The number of arrests in the past day in Yasuj is 35, including a number of young girls.
In Behbahan, four citizens were arrested by security forces, one of whom has been released so far.
A couple named Saba Sheardoust and her husband Milad Fadaei Asl, who live in Tehran, were arrested by security forces. A student was also arrested in Tehran. He has been identified as Reza Hamidi, a law student at the University of Sciences and Research who entered the 1400 class.
In Gonbad Kavous, 10 citizens who were managing Instagram pages were arrested during the nationwide protests. It should be noted that these citizens' virtual pages have also been blocked.
The arrest of these citizens was stated to be due to publishing news of nationwide protests on their pages. The identity of one of these citizens is stated to be “Masoud Badraqi”.
