The Islamic Republic, without considering the needs of the Iranian people, proceeded to provide food for the people of Lebanon.
Videos have been published on social media that show the Islamic Republic sending food to Lebanon, while the tables of the Iranian people, especially on the eve of the new solar year, are extremely empty, and the government of the Islamic Republic has provided food to the Lebanese people without considering the needs of the Iranian people.
The Shiraz Association of Vesal Pilgrims, which produced this video of the collection and packaging of food for hundreds of thousands of participants on Sunday, March 25, released it. The food packages were prepared at the same time as the funeral of Hassan Nasrallah, Secretary General of the Lebanese Hezbollah, in Beirut.
In addition to the aforementioned video, other videos have also been released that show the number of meals prepared for the Lebanese people each day. The video explains that 3,000 servings of high-quality food are cooked and distributed to the people in one of the kitchens of the Hezbollah headquarters in Lebanon. In addition to lunch and dinner, breakfast is also prepared for them. 3,000 servings per meal, and all meals except breakfast are made from meat and chicken.
This is despite the fact that in the past few days, the prices of meat and poultry, and even fruits and vegetables, have increased sharply in Iran, such that people's purchasing power has decreased compared to before.
The release of these videos on social media has sparked widespread reactions among the public. People sent messages in response to this action by the Islamic Republic, writing: "What kind of people are you who, in the extremely difficult living conditions in Iran, go to Lebanon and prepare excellent quality food for the Lebanese people instead of the Iranian people? You are truly the devil himself. Some others wrote that you should be ashamed of the Iranian people, you are spending our wealth on other countries instead of spending it on ourselves."
Helping the Lebanese people, while according to government media statistics, this year about one million students were forced to drop out of school due to poverty, and many fathers committed suicide due to the shame of their families due to their inability to provide for their needs. Even the suicide rate among children has increased sharply, due to the difficult living conditions and lack of access to basic necessities of life.
