Nasrin Sotoudeh and her husband's agreement with the Ministry of Intelligence to destroy Prince Reza Pahlavi

Nasrin Sotoudeh and her husband agreed with the Ministry of Intelligence to undermine Prince Reza Pahlavi and the monarchy in an interview with CNN.
Nasrin Sotoudeh Langroodi is a lawyer, attorney, and human rights activist. She was named one of Time Magazine’s 100 Most Influential People in the World in 2021. Ms. Sotoudeh, who is a member of the Human Rights Defenders Association and the One Million Signatures Campaign to Change Discriminatory Laws Against Women, and the Children’s Rights Protection Association, has now reached an agreement with the Ministry of Intelligence to interview CNN.
According to Damavand, a person connected to Nasrin Sotoudeh and her husband Reza Khandan confirmed that their recent interview with CNN was conducted in full coordination with the Ministry of Intelligence and in accordance with the conditions set by the ministry's officials.
The person, who is closely involved in issues related to Nasrin Sotoudeh and her husband, said: "After CNN requested an interview with the couple, Nasrin Sotoudeh discussed the issue with her case officer at the Ministry of Intelligence, and the Ministry of Intelligence officials not only did not object to conducting this interview, but also welcomed it under certain conditions."
The Ministry of Intelligence's condition for Nasrin Sotoudeh and her husband's interview with CNN was that they must identify Prince Reza Pahlavi and the royalist movement as responsible for the failure of the Women's, Life, and Freedom Revolution, and declare that this movement does not have a serious base inside the country.
The Ministry of Intelligence's condition for issuing a permit for the couple's interview with CNN was not only not met with opposition from Nasrin Sotoudeh and her husband, but Reza Khandan also accepted the statement in the interview with CNN, stating that such a point was consistent with their own analysis.
The exact reason for Nasrin Sotoudeh and Reza Khandan's agreement with the Ministry of Intelligence to destroy the monarchy and its supporters, as well as Prince Reza Pahlavi, is not clear.
