Iran's massive missile attack on Israel has sparked public anxiety

Iran's massive missile attack on Israel in recent hours has sparked public anxiety and concern.

A US official announced on Tuesday, October 1, that an Iranian missile attack on Israel is imminent and will occur in the coming hours. In an interview with some Western media outlets, he announced the serious consequences of a direct military attack from Iran against Israel.

The American official also claimed that US Central Command is prepared for Iranian threats and that Tel Aviv was informed a few hours before the impending attack.

The attacks that have been launched by Iran against Israel include drone attacks and ballistic missiles. According to some Israeli officials, the targets of these attacks by Iran are three military air bases and an intelligence command center north of Tel Aviv, which have been evacuated.

Israel's Channel 12 TV also announced: "400 missiles have been fired from Iran towards the occupied territories and warning sirens have sounded in most areas of Palestine."

According to Sputnik, US President Joe Biden held an emergency meeting with Vice President Kamala Harris and his security team regarding the Iranian attack on Israel. Regarding the attacks, Joe Biden said: "We are actively strengthening our defense preparedness to defend Israel against this attack. A direct Iranian military attack on Israel would have severe consequences for Iran."

Israel's security cabinet also held an emergency meeting in the command room of the Keria military headquarters in Tel Aviv. The meeting was held to review the country's security situation and respond to recent threats, especially missile attacks from the Islamic Republic.

It should be noted that Iranians in Karaj, Shahriar, Shiraz, Kermanshah and other provinces of Iran also reported the sound of rocket launches, which caused the windows of houses to shake, causing concern and anxiety among the people. Many also left their homes and turned off the lights in their homes following these attacks.
