The suspicious cleaning of the house of the killer of 9-year-old Ilya has turned it into a house of terror in the shaft.

A week after the shocking murder of 9-year-old Gilani child Ilya Zadhossein, the public has yet to receive a clear response from the responsible institutions. While the families are in shock and grief, local sources are posting videos on the social network Instagram, reporting suspicious movements in the accused’s house; a house that has now become known as the “House of Horror” in “Agha Seyyed Sharif” in Shaft.

According to witnesses, just a few days after the media reported on Ilya's murder, unknown individuals entered the accused's house and thoroughly cleaned it. This incident, with orange-colored sewage coming out of the building, has heightened suspicions of deliberate cleaning of the crime scene. Locals say that the house has been the site of suspicious activities for years, including the sound of digging in the ground and walls from inside and the mysterious movements of the accused, who had been seen and heard many times by neighbors.

The neighbors' biggest concern is the frequent presence of children around the house in recent years, an issue that now raises the hypothesis of long-term, serial child abuse more than ever. The question that is now on the minds of the people of Gilan is how a person with a possible history of child abuse has been freely moving around this area for years and no institution has come to his aid? Who is responsible for the suspicious cleaning of the house and the possible destruction of evidence? Why have old missing children's files not yet been matched to this location?

With the release of videos posted on social media by the murderer's neighbors, the demand of the people of Gilan has now become an urgent and public request. The people of Gilan called on the relevant institutions to take the necessary measures to immediately seal and protect the site, conduct scientific sampling and publish transparent results, review all missing persons and child abuse cases in the region, identify and prosecute possible accomplices or those who ordered the scene cleanup, prioritize transparent judicial supervision, and regularly inform the public, and initiate legal proceedings, because the silence of the authorities in this case and the failure to disclose the identity of this child murderer have angered Iranian society.

Residents of the area speak of their fear that the next child could be their own, who are not allowed to walk the streets of the neighborhood for fear of being victimized.

This case is a test for the law enforcement and judicial systems, a test that will either restore public trust or deepen the gap between society and the government.
