Two of those arrested during the November protests were sentenced to long prison terms
محمدجواد احمدی و آریا حامدیراد، دو نفر از بازداشتشدگان اعتراضات آبان ماه از سوی دادگاه انقلاب مجموعا به ۱۲ سال زندان محکوم شدند.
به گزارش وبسایت حقوق بشر در ایران، هر یک از این دو زندانی محبوس در زندان تهران بزرگ روز چهارشنبه ۱۶ بهمن از سوی شعبه ۲۶ دادگاه انقلاب تهران به ریاست ایمان افشار از بابت اتهامات «تبلیغ علیه نظام» و «اجتماع و تبانی به قصد برهم زدن امنیت کشور» به ۶ سال زندان محکوم شدهاند.
بنا بر این گزارش مصداق استنادی قاضی پرونده، در رابطه با محکومیت ۵ سال زندان این شهروندان از بابت اتهام «اجتماع و تبانی به قصد برهم زدن امنیت کشور» صدور فراخوان برای حضور سایر شهروندان در تجمعات اعتراضی آبان ماه در حمایت از کشته شدگان این اعتراضات و همچنین انتشار سرود و اشعار و موسیقی های حماسی در حمایت از شهروندان معترض در تجمعات اعتراضی آبان ماه ۱۳۹۸ بوده است.
بر اساس اطلاعات موجود، محمدجواد احمدی و آریا حامدیراد در تاریخ ۲۸ آبان ماه توسط ماموران قرارگاه ثارالله سپاه پاسداران در تهران بازداشت و با اتمام مراحل به تیپ ۵ زندان تهران بزرگ منتقل شدهاند.
