Two people accused of raping a 15-year-old teenage girl in Tehran were tried by Criminal Court No. 1 in the province.

According to HRANA news agency, citing Rokna, two people accused of sexually abusing a 15-year-old teenage girl in Tehran were tried by Criminal Court No. 1 in the province.

According to this report, the investigation into the complaint of a 15-year-old girl who claims to have been raped by her neighbor's son and his friend was placed on the agenda of Branch 12 of the Criminal Court of a province in Tehran, and the defendants and the plaintiff appeared in court.

At the beginning of the hearing, Negar (the complainant) said in his complaint: "We are citizens of Afghanistan and our house is in South Mehrabad. Some time ago, I was alone at home when the son of the downstairs neighbor called me and said that his mother was working with me, but when I entered their house, I saw that one of his close friends, Majid, was at their house, but there was no sign of his mother. Then, "the son of the accused and his friend raped me," but I did not dare to tell my mother about the matter.

Continuing her daughter's story, Negar's mother said: "A while ago, I noticed that my daughter was not feeling well, and when I took her to the doctor, they diagnosed her as pregnant. I was very shocked and asked her about the incident, and she said, "Hermesaya's son and his friend raped her."

Then the neighbor's son said in his defense: "I do not accept the accusation. I had no connection with Negar, but I had learned from his suspicious movements that he was related to one of the sons of their relatives."

Another defendant, named "Majid," said in his defense: "The teenage girl is four months pregnant. But I have been coming to Tehran from the city for two weeks, and you can inquire about this matter because "it can be easily proven."

According to this report, given that the fetus was aborted, the court ordered that the fetus's DNA be matched with the defendants.

The investigation into this case is ongoing.
