Dr. Mostafa Mehrayin: Reforms are impossible in this system, a revolution will definitely happen

During a debate, Dr. Mustafa Mehrayin spoke about the impossibility of reforms in the system and the occurrence of a revolution.

Dr. Mostafa Mehrayin holds a PhD in sociology from Tarbiat Modares University and is an assistant professor at the Institute for Encyclopedia Writing and the Institute for Humanities and Cultural Studies.

A video was published on social media today depicting Dr. Mehrayin's controversial debate on the Iranian Broadcasting Corporation (IBC), and his remarks at the roundtable led to an arrest warrant being issued immediately after, on the direct orders of the Tehran Prosecutor at the same organization.

In part of his speech in this debate, he said: "I definitely predict that there will be both revolution and violence, all of these will come about. I can completely say that the idea of reforms is out of the question. If the government changes from Ahmadinejad's government to a government of moderation or from Mr. Raisi's government to Mr. Pezzekian's government, is anything special going to happen? No, nothing will happen. These are all people in power, and they are all people who have a master, and they are all the offspring of the master and the master's subjects. Incidentally, Mr. Pezzekian said the same thing, that I have come to implement the master's words.

The problem with this society is that they have made one person the master and given him the right to everything and they do not ask him anything, and all the people in the society have become his subjects and servants. No, we are all masters! One person sits up there and prays to the Mahdi, now why pray to the Mahdi when he prays and worships or prays at night, but anyone can claim that I am a guardian.

"You should pay attention to why they use this word 'sir'? Why don't they say the name, they say 'sir said'?! This means the power to spread a personality throughout society, so that as soon as people hear the word 'sir', they become silent and step back and give up. Why? Because 'sir said'! Because 'sir said'! And one must act according to the opinions of the sir. This little word 'sir' encompasses the entire area of this society."

Dr. Mehrayin's controversial remarks in the Iranian Broadcasting Corporation debate point to the fall of the Velayat-e-Faqih government. Social media users also responded to the controversial debate by declaring: "The system is disqualified. This system has trampled the blood of martyrs and poured the blood of the people into a glass. People no longer have any hope in the Velayat-e-Faqih government because this government is the rule of Satan over humans."

Others also stated: "Soon, a line of apologists and people regretting this revolution will form in the country. Rise up, people! The smell of spring is coming."

Other users also declared: "All crimes are under the head of this gentleman. We shout, Javid Shah. This regime and its agents are living their last days, the struggle continues, and the victory of the Iranian nation is certain, certain, and undoubted. Khamenei, come and see us!"
