In an interview with Iran Television News Network, the mayor of Tehran, while referring to the establishment of social headquarters in urban management, said: "The vision of the municipality is to set a model, meaning that efforts are being made to make Tehran, as a metropolis, a model for the Islamic world."

He also said: "We have established five headquarters for the Jihadist and Islamic administration of the capital, where revolutionary institutions in the social headquarters come to the aid of the municipality to solve issues and problems."

He reminded: "In the social headquarters of Tehran, organizations and bodies such as the governor's office, the governor's office, the welfare organization, the relief committee, the police force, the Revolutionary Guard, the Basij, the Anti-Narcotics Headquarters, the Prisons Organization, the prosecutor's office, the judiciary, the universities of medical sciences, and the Tehran municipality are present. All of these organizations work together to solve the problems."

Alireza Zakani, who faced a lot of criticism during his time in Tehran Municipality due to the use of unskilled workers and close relatives in urban management positions, added in an interview with Iran Television News Network: "We prevented violations, God blessed our income in the municipality."

This comes at a time when the news of the Tehran Municipality's decision to erect a wall between men and women in city parks became a controversial topic in the Iranian media. However, without giving a clear answer to these rumors, Alireza Zakani said, "We intend to make fundamental changes to the infrastructure in the southern areas of the city, in the area of ​​public places, which will completely change the face of the city."
