Grossi: Iran has not responded to the Agency's questions after two years

According to the International Atomic Energy Agency's assessment, the nuclear dispute with the Islamic Republic will intensify during Ebrahim Raisi's term in office. After a 75-day hiatus from the Vienna talks, the Islamic Republic has not yet set a date for returning to the talks.
Two weeks before its general meeting, the International Atomic Energy Agency announced the Islamic Republic's lack of cooperation.
On Tuesday, September 7th, Reuters reported from Vienna on the statements of Rafael Grossi, Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency.
The news agency has pointed to the escalation of the nuclear dispute with the Islamic Republic of Iran during the presidency of Ebrahim Raisi.
Rafael Grossi has said that despite the passage of two years, the Islamic Republic has still not responded to the Agency's questions about the observation of uranium particles at four undeclared locations.
Although Raisi has announced the Islamic Republic of Iran's readiness to return to the negotiating table, he has made it clear that the country will not yield to pressure from Western countries.
The 13th head of Iran's government has also said that the goal of Iran's participation in the JCPOA Commission negotiations is to lift sanctions.
It should be noted that after the Trump administration withdrew from the P5+1 nuclear agreement with Iran in 2018, the Islamic Republic has gradually distanced itself from its JCPOA commitments.
The International Atomic Energy Agency's general meeting is scheduled to be held in Vienna on September 21. There is talk of a possible meeting between Rafael Grossi and Mohammad Eslami, head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran.
The Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency is trying to encourage Iran to continue talks in the Joint Commission of the JCPOA before this summit.
