Recent Reports Following Iran’s People Protests

The call to action during the final week of Aban month continues, and in most Iranian cities, protesting people remain in the streets.
Arshia Soltaniyeh, a 12-year-old from Zanjan, was killed by security forces last night.
In the city of Mahabad, people set fire to the houses and billion-dollar vehicles of regime mercenaries. The people of Mahabad addressed the security forces saying: Join the people and turn your weapons toward the system so you may be safe from the nation’s wrath.
In Boukan Kaltepa as well, people declared their protest with the slogan “Zan-Zindagi-Azadi” (Woman-Life-Freedom) and by setting fires in the streets.
In Semirom, popular demonstrations have expanded significantly. In these demonstrations, fierce clashes have occurred between security forces and protesting youth.
In the city of Saghez, a fierce uprising has taken place. In Deshti city, a suburb of Parsian in Hormozgan province, women had a prominent presence in the protests. Women of this city took to the streets with the slogan “This year the house, Seyyed Ali is overthrown.”
The people of Abidar in Sanandaj seized the streets so that security forces could not confront them.
The people of Zahedan, despite being attacked by security forces in recent weeks and losing many youth and children, have not remained silent and took to the streets with the slogan “From Zahedan to Tehran, I sacrifice my life for Iran” seeking justice for Khodenavvar, Kian Pourmelk, and many others.
In Khorramabad, a Basiji and a plainclothes officer were identified by people and neutralized by youth of Lorestan.
In Jiroft prayer ground, widespread protests took place where people were attacked and shot by security forces.
The people of Khash also had a widespread presence in the streets.
In Arak city, security forces unjustifiably shot at a Peugeot 206 that was merely passing through, dragging out the driver. They also forcefully threw a baton at a woman in a vehicle. They abducted a young passerby and with screams of assault and gunfire, arrested several other protesting people.
The Islamic Republic government thinks it can extinguish the volcano of the people’s wrath through these crimes and crackdowns, unaware that these suppressions are like pouring gasoline on the flames of the people’s anger, and this only accelerates the process of revolution.
