One Step Away from World War III

“Vladimir Putin” has announced the occurrence of World War III in recent statements.

Vladimir Putin, President of Russia, said during a meeting at his campaign headquarters in Moscow: “The only source of power in the country is the Russian people. Every citizen’s vote is important in charting Moscow’s course. While the country faces multiple challenges, the people, if they remain united, will be able to fulfill their duties.”

Referring to the Russia-Ukraine war, he stated: “The current tragic events in border areas force Russia to be able to create a buffer zone in areas under Kyiv’s control to protect its people from Ukrainian attacks.” He continued: “I will make every effort to solve the tasks set before the country and achieve the goals that we all consider the highest priority. When we see fit, Russian forces will create a security zone that will be very difficult for an enemy that is mainly armed with foreign weapons to overcome.”

Emphasizing that Moscow has always been in favor of peace negotiations, Putin added: “As long as opponents are serious about establishing good neighborly relations in the long term, not just because enemy ammunition has run out, Russia is ready to consider various scenarios provided they align with national interests. However, since Kyiv has banned negotiations with current leadership in Moscow and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has no intention of holding elections, it requires serious investigation to even understand who we should negotiate with there.”

Emphasizing that Moscow is well aware of the military bloc’s pressure led by the United States to deploy forces in Ukraine, he said: “I don’t think anyone is interested in that. Volunteer soldiers from NATO countries face very bleak prospects and this holds nothing good for them; because many of them will die there. Anything is possible in the modern world and we are one step away from World War III.”
