Immediate Evacuation of Gaza Areas Requested by Israeli Army

The Israeli army requested the immediate evacuation of certain areas of Gaza this morning.

The Israeli army on Saturday morning, December 2 (Azar 11), following intense clashes between the Al-Quds Brigades in the Shati, Al-Rihan neighborhoods in northern and southern Gaza with Israeli forces, requested residents of the Jabalya, Shati, Zeitoun, and Old City neighborhoods in Gaza to evacuate their homes as quickly as possible.

Avichay Adraee, spokesperson for the Israeli army, posted on the social media platform X addressing Gaza residents: “Evacuate your homes as quickly as possible and move from Haifa and Khalil Wazer avenues to shelters and well-known schools in Al-Daraj, Tufah, and western Gaza.”

According to the Al-Quds Brigades affiliated with Hamas, intense clashes with Israeli forces began this morning in the Al-Rihan neighborhood, northern and southern Gaza, with the Al-Quds Brigades carrying out severe missile attacks on Israeli towns, facilities, and military bases.

Adraee also announced that the Israeli army has resumed military operations against Hamas and other Palestinian groups with greater intensity. The Israeli army yesterday, while referring to a dangerous combat zone east of Khan Younis, released a map of the Gaza Strip in which it designated certain areas for Gaza residents to evacuate, and after a week-long ceasefire with Hamas, it bombed areas in Gaza.

Adraee, while referring to the publication of evacuation zone maps in the Gaza Strip by the Israeli army in preparation for the next phase of the war, added: “The division of the Gaza Strip into areas has been done according to well-known neighborhoods so that when evacuation is requested, Gaza residents are allowed to leave, and this is because of the safety of Gaza residents.”
