“Miko Peled”: Tel Aviv will never be able to defeat the Palestinians

Israeli activist and writer “Miko Peled” stated that Tel Aviv cannot defeat the Palestinians, they will not be defeated.

Miko Peled, following an interview with the “Anadolu” news network, while referring to the fact that he was born in 1961 in a famous Zionist family, said: “My father was an army general and my grandfather was one of the signatories of Israel’s founding. In the early part of my life, I was greatly influenced by my father who served in the Israeli army, but later I regretted it and left the army. When my father was wearing a military uniform during the ‘Six-Day War’ in 1967, he said: Look, we are not looking for an opportunity because we are strong. We must allow Palestinians to build their country.”

Miko Peled continued his remarks, emphasizing that no one thought like his father, and added: “Immediately after the war ended, they began constructing large cities in East Jerusalem and the West Bank and eliminated all possible options regarding the formation of a Palestinian state; because according to Zionism, this land belongs to Israel and is the property of the Jews, not the Palestinians.”

Regarding the start of the Israel-Gaza war, while referring to the fact that the Israel-Palestine war began 75 years ago, not on October 7th, he continued: “The Zionists, as a movement against the Palestinian people, declared war, and we have witnessed genocide in this war. But it is absolutely clear that the Israelis will never be able to defeat the Palestinians and it does not matter which group they belong to. They will never be defeated.”

Peled concluded his remarks by calling Israel a terrorist state, saying: “Israel represents everything bad. Calls to support Israel will only lead to more death, destruction, and racism, which means taking more innocent lives. This war is against peace and justice.”
