Confidential Case Against “Abouzar Rouhani” Accused of Sodomy and Sexual Relations with Ten-Year-Old Boys

The Langarud Judiciary has opened a confidential case against “Abouzar Rouhani,” singer of the anthem “Salam Farmandeh,” on charges of sodomy and sexual relations.

In the aforementioned case, which was filed in the Langarud District Court in Gilan Province, the fathers of three ten-year-old Basiji children named “Abbas R.,” “Mohammad J.,” and “Seyyed Amir Ali T.,” who are students at the Ansarimehr Resistance Base in Langarud, filed a complaint regarding Abouzar Rouhani’s sexual relations. However, they faced severe treatment from the IRGC regional command in Gilan and were placed under intense pressure to declare their consent and close the case.

The case investigator in the Second Investigation Division of the Langarud Public Prosecutor’s Office also warned them that after issuing a decision to terminate prosecution in favor of “Abouzar Rouhani,” the government singer, the complainants would be sentenced to lashing on charges of false accusation and slander.

The decision to terminate prosecution was issued despite the fact that Abouzar Rouhani’s act of sodomy with one of these students was so violent that the victim was hospitalized for three days and underwent surgery. It should be noted that the forensic medical report confirmed the act of sodomy and penetration of this ten-year-old child.

Additionally, one of the adolescents alleged during investigation that Abouzar Rouhani engaged in sodomy with a larger number of his friends during training for the “Salam Farmandeh” anthem, but his friends refrained from filing complaints against him due to preserving reputation or threats to their families.

It should be noted that Gilan News Agency has also confirmed the authenticity of this report.
