Young Cinema Actor Hossam Mahmoudi Passed Away

Young cinema actor Hossam Mahmoudi passed away at the age of 37.

Hossam Mahmoudi, who recently has the film “The Stranger” on cinema screens, passed away last night on the 12th of Ordibehesht due to cardiac arrest at his home.

He first began his acting career with the series “Sometimes Look Back” directed by Maziar Miri and gained fame with the series “Wolf and Sheep” directed by Homayoun Asadyan. Among the films in which Hossam Mahmoudi acted, we can mention the films “Romanticism of Emad and Tuba”, “Astigmatism”, “Obstacle”, “Death of a Fish”, “Today”, “Right to Silence”, “Dying in the Month of Shahrivar”, “Night Out”, “Don’t Be Tired”.

His latest works also include the film “Fragrant” made by Hadi Mogaddamdoost alongside the film “The Stranger” which was screened last year at the Fajr Film Festival.

Details of the funeral and burial ceremony of this young artist are not yet available.
