“Claudia Tenney”: Senate Should Immediately Pass Bill for Overthrowing and Changing Islamic Republic Government
“Claudia Tenney,” a Republican member of the U.S. Congress who had proposed a resolution on changing the Islamic Republic’s government, said: “Washington stands with those who seek to overthrow the government, and the Senate should also immediately pass her bill.”
To this end, members of the U.S. House of Representatives, by implementing this bill and voting with a result of 420 votes in favor and 1 vote against, passed a resolution of solidarity and Washington’s support for protests in Iran.
This resolution was passed this morning, Thursday, January 26 (February 6).
American lawmakers from both the Democratic and Republican parties announced on their personal Twitter accounts, referring to the passage of this bill, that they will fully support the protesters in Iran as well as regime change in Iran.
According to Al Arabiya Farsi news agency, George Myers, a Democratic representative from New York, addressing the people of Iran said: “Know that we are watching you. We know what situation you are struggling with and understand its dangers. Be strong and remain strong, because freedom will always triumph over tyranny.”
