Hanif Haidarnezad’s Request to German Foreign Minister

Hanif Haidarnezad (Haidari champion) was born in Kermanshah and is currently working as a consultant for refugees with Amnesty International’s advisory group in the city of Dortmund, Germany. He is also a human rights activist.
He considers the Islamic Republic regime to be anti-human and criminal, has sought its overthrow, and hopes that all perpetrators and executors of crimes throughout the reign of this regime will be tried and punished in fair courts with international standards.
He says that I do not believe armed struggle means armed warfare, but I consider it the right of every human being to defend themselves against oppression, tyranny, and state violence in the manner they deem fit. If the regime imposes armed defense on the people, the people’s self-defense is not related to violence. It is the regime that must stop the violence.
He also hopes that free elections will be held under UN supervision and power will be transferred peacefully to the people. Hanif Haidarnezad says: I hope the people in their professional activities and through negative struggle will say no to the regime and insist on their professional demands so that through this a window opens for change and political and democratic transformations in Iran.
He has also prepared a text for the German Foreign Minister to support the people of Iran, and has shared it with Iranians inside and outside Iran. He has asked Iranians that if they agree with this text, send it to their Iranian or non-Iranian friends. Also, any person, whether Iranian or non-Iranian, whether residing in Germany or outside Germany, can send this text from their personal email address to the email address of the German Foreign Ministry. The mentioned email address is as follows:
The prepared text is as follows:
Honourable Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock, I draw your attention to the current events and human rights violations in Iran.
As you are undoubtedly aware, a fire broke out in Evin Prison in Tehran on the evening of Saturday, October 24, 1402. It is reported that at least 4 people were killed and 61 others were injured. Exact details and precise figures are still unclear. Most of the prisoners are political prisoners or those detained and held during ongoing protests in Evin Prison. It is said that the fire was intentionally set by security forces. From multiple videos published on social networks, many shootings and explosions can be seen and heard. Human rights violations in Iran have now reached a level of severe and unbelievable cruelty.
Since the killing of 22-year-old Mahsa (Jina) Amini in September 1401 by the Islamic Republic regime, many people have protested against the Iranian regime in the streets of cities and towns throughout the country.
Protesters chant slogans such as “Woman, Life, Freedom” and “We no longer want Islamic governance.”
These protests were brutally and bloodily suppressed, and to date at least 201 people have been killed, including 23 children.
Women in the streets of Iran are bravely fighting for their freedom and right to self-determination and are supported by men. Now people from all walks of life are participating in these protests.
The people in the streets of Iran want nothing but a secular government based on human rights, aimed at unconditional equality between men and women and respect for human dignity, and that cares for the welfare of all citizens.
Protesters in Iran, on one hand, seek an end to Islamism and on the other hand want a democratic government in Iran that strives for peace in the region and in the world, and no longer spreads and finances terrorism, war, and conflict.
Under these circumstances, statements by politicians and declarations to support the Iranian people in their struggle for freedom are no longer sufficient; therefore, I ask you and the German government to take the following concrete measures:
– The current Iranian regime does not represent the Iranian people and all diplomatic contacts with the regime should be severed.
– The consular representation of the “Islamic Republic of Iran” in Germany and all EU member states should be closed and the respective diplomats should be expelled from all EU member states.
– All religious and cultural centers of the Iranian regime such as the Blue Mosque in Hamburg should be closed.
– All assets of individuals and legal entities belonging to or associated with the Iranian regime should be frozen.
– The Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps should be classified as a terrorist group.
– “Iran” should be removed from membership in the UN Commission on the Status of Women.
– Given that the internet has been cut off or filtered by the regime, the Iranian people should be supported with communication technology.
– Daily human rights violations, particularly the bloody and brutal suppression of protests and violent acts against protesters in Iran by various security forces, should be reported on the basis of the Rome Statute for systematic crimes against humanity. Used in the UN Security Council, based on international criminal law for review by the International Criminal Court (Articles 7 and 13 of the ICC Statute)
Honourable Foreign Minister
I ask you to work for a democratic and free Iran and also for humane and peaceful coexistence of all people in the world.
Respectfully
Hanif Haidarnezad requested that this petition be shared in Iran and outside Iran.
