The Judicial Deputy and Acting Head of the Courts of Appeal of Fars Province also stated in this connection: Following the course of the legal process, the court’s verdict against one of the defendants in the case has become final and is in the implementation stage. He also claimed that the acquittal of the second defendant in the case did not negate the plaintiff’s rights.
