Self-immolation of young woman in Sanandaj results in her death

On Wednesday, December 26, the self-immolation of a young woman in Sanandaj city, Kurdistan Province, resulted in her death after ten days of hospitalization. Family disputes were cited as the reason for the self-immolation.

According to Hrana news agency, citing Kordpa, a young woman in Sanandaj city committed self-immolation and lost her life.

Based on this report, the identity of this citizen has been identified as Leila Farhadi, daughter of Karim, a resident of “Dezli” village, a suburb of Sanandaj.

In this report, quoting an informed source: “This young woman committed self-immolation ten days ago due to family disputes and after ten days of hospitalization in one of Kermanshah’s hospitals, she died on Wednesday.”
