Explosion at kindergarten entrance in China kills at least 8 and injures 65

According to Chinese media reports, an explosion at the entrance of a kindergarten in Jiangsu Province in eastern China on Thursday left at least 8 dead.

According to reports, 65 people were also injured in the explosion. Chinese police have classified the explosion as a criminal act and have identified a suspect in connection with the incident.

China Central Television stated that 2 people died at the scene of the explosion and 6 others died in hospitals. The condition of 9 of the injured is reported to be critical.

According to police, the explosion occurred on Thursday afternoon local time. None of the students and teachers at the kindergarten were harmed in the explosion.
