Livelihood protests in Iran; Retirees, tax employees, and farmers gather in several provinces

In the wake of the ongoing protests in Iran, oil industry retirees held simultaneous protests in several cities. At the same time, farmers took to the streets in Isfahan, and telecommunications retirees gathered in the capital to demand their union's demands.
Protest rallies were held on Tuesday, April 13, in the cities of Shiraz, Arak, Ahvaz, Kermanshah, Tehran, Karaj, Isfahan, Abadan, Yazd, Hamedan, and Ardabil.
Telecommunications retirees in Tehran took to the streets of the capital with slogans of "Death to the tyrant" and "Screaming out loud at all this atrocity."
However, according to reports, this gathering of Tehran telecommunications retirees was met with violence and arrests of protesters by the police.
