Arrest of child abuse suspect in Shiraz

The head of the Fars Province Police Department announced the arrest of a child abuser who had posted a video of his child being abused on social media.

According to HRANA news agency, citing Rokna, the head of the Fars Province FATA Police announced the arrest of a father who abused a child in Shiraz.

According to this report, a video of a child being abused by his father was recently released on social media. The father of the child abused his child by hanging him and shared the images on his Instagram page.

Heshmat Soleimani said in this regard: "After these videos were published in cyberspace, the accused was identified by FATA police officers in one of the cities of Fars province and arrested after coordinating with the judicial authority."

He pointed out that the defendant stated during the initial interrogation that the purpose of his actions was a joke and said: "The defendant was handed over to the judicial authorities after a case was filed."
