It is not permissible to completely remove the beard.

In one of his teachings a few days ago, Hojjatoleslam "Hossein Vahidpour" announced that completely removing the beard is not permissible.
Given the entry of the Taliban and its agents into Iran and the Taliban-style restrictions that have spread to the Islamic Republic's regime, such as poisoning female students to prevent them from studying, compulsory hijab, and even and odd park designs to separate men and women in society, another fatwa has been added to the clerics' fatwas stating that shaving beards is not permissible.
In one of his lectures on beard trimming, legal expert Hojjatoleslam Hossein Vahidpour stated: "Shaving the beard has no merit. In other words, erasing the facial features of men in such a way that the audience does not see the features on a man's face is not permissible."
Removing the beard may be done by shaving, waxing, electric devices, a trimmer, or a hair removal cream. Shaving is not the criterion in any way, the important thing is that a person does not completely destroy his virtues. There is no one among the jurists who has prescribed this practice. Therefore, a person cannot make an excuse for himself in this way that I am acting according to the fatwa of a specific authority.
Not all religious authorities have issued a permit for shaving beards. Another point is that sometimes people themselves do not do this and go to a barbershop to shave their beards, claiming that they have not committed any sin. There is no difference in this matter, someone gives himself to the barber and the barber corrects his virtues. In this case, two sins occur, both the barber and the customer have committed a sin. Barbers, who earn money by correcting men's faces, will have a religious problem with their income, which has undesirable effects on the family.
It is possible that with the people's silence in the face of these Taliban-like behaviors, the number of which is increasing every day, more unfortunate events and crimes will occur in Iran.
But will the fire of the people's revolutionary uprising be extinguished or will it remain under the ashes and become more flaming than before?
