Another 635 people added to the official coronavirus death toll in Iran

According to statistics from the Iranian Ministry of Health, 635 COVID-19 patients have died in the past 24 hours and more than 27,000 new coronavirus patients have been identified in the country.
According to the same statistics, the total number of deaths from this disease in Iran has exceeded 111,000. The total number of COVID-19 patients in Iran since the beginning has been announced at 5 million 184,000.
According to experts, the official statistics from the Iranian Ministry of Health are much lower than the real figures.
Currently, 246 cities in the country are in red status, 144 cities are in orange status, and 58 cities are in yellow status.
Meanwhile, the Ministry of Health announced on Tuesday that the daily record for coronavirus vaccine injections was broken by administering 884,810 doses of the vaccine in the country over the past 24 hours.
According to this report, nearly 20 million people have received the first dose of the coronavirus vaccine and 10,355,000 people have received the second dose.
