Document on Blood Extraction from Prisoners Before Execution Based on Khomeini’s Fatwa

According to a fatwa issued by Ruhollah Khomeini, extracting blood from individuals sentenced to execution has no religious objection.
A document has recently been circulated on social media dating back to 1981. In this documented letter, addressed from the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Islamic Republic to all provincial and municipal revolutionary prosecutors, orders were given to secretly collect blood from imprisoned individuals whose execution orders were to be carried out immediately. The blood was to be extracted by syringe into special containers by trusted physicians and transferred to a health center or blood bank for use, if needed, for government personnel injured in clashes who require blood transfusions.

This heinous act was also declared permissible by Ruhollah Khomeini and has no religious objection.
It is now believed that recent executions of prisoners carried out without the presence of their families, after which the lifeless bodies of victims are handed over to families under specific conditions, fall under this law, and their blood is extracted from their bodies before execution for use by government personnel who are injured in suppression operations and clashes.
With each passing day, a new page of crimes by the Islamic Republic regime is being exposed. A regime that for 43 years has spared no crime against the people and has only increased their number every day.
What will be the response of the Iranian people, human rights organizations, and members of parliaments in various countries regarding this new crime?
