Iran Human Rights Organization: Qader Mohammadzadeh’s Condition Deteriorating Following Hunger Strike

The website of the “Iran Human Rights Organization” has declared the physical condition of Qader Mohammadzadeh, a political prisoner in Iran, to be critical. According to this organization, he has been on a hunger strike for more than 20 days in Yazd Central Prison.
According to the human rights organization’s report, Qader Mohammadzadeh, who began a hunger strike on Saturday, the 9th of Mordad, in protest of being denied leave following the confiscation of a one billion toman bail, has experienced significant weight loss, a drop in blood pressure, and dizziness.
An “informed source” told the Iran Human Rights Organization that this political prisoner needs assistance from his fellow inmates to stand, and so far none of the prison officials have visited him.
Qader Mohammadzadeh was sentenced by the Mahabad Revolutionary Court in December 2005 to 20 years in prison and exile to Yazd Prison on charges of “waging war through membership in the Kurdistan Democratic Party of Iran (Komala).’
