Two Urgent Motions for Suppression in the Government of Hope!!!!!!

According to FCN report: A group of Islamic Consultative Assembly representatives have drafted an urgent two-part motion titled “Ensuring Security of Official, Traditional and Ordinary Ceremonies,” which sets penalties for those who disrupt such events.
In the single article of this motion, it states:
1- Anyone who takes any action, including raising questions or otherwise, during speeches at ceremonies, whether official or customary ceremonies held without permission, that causes stoppage, draws attention to themselves, or creates tension, shall be sentenced to imprisonment from 6 months to 2 years. Law enforcement is obligated to immediately arrest the individual or individuals and detain them until transfer to judicial authorities.
2- Officials at all levels of administrative, executive, military, police, political and other positions must ensure the security of the aforementioned sessions and prevent any action that causes disruption, stoppage or suspension of sessions. In case of negligence, they shall be sentenced to temporary or permanent dismissal from civil service as appropriate. The judiciary is obligated to issue and announce the necessary ruling without formal procedures within less than one month.
3- The penalty in clause one also applies to those in any position or responsibility who prevent the holding of the aforementioned sessions.
This motion restricts legitimate freedoms in the Islamic Republic and is a motion to restrict freedom of expression that violates the constitution and contradicts many standards and rules accepted in the country.
Mohammad Reza Aref is said to be one of the main supporters of this motion. The strange point about this motion is that there is no distinction or clarification regarding audience questions and creating tension, and this provides ground for abuse by political currents, especially the ruling faction, to suppress opposing views and also strengthens the lack of accountability of officials.
Although this motion is far too crude to be considered to have any prospects, the mere drafting and presentation of it by a current claiming to be enlightened and reform-seeking is a black mark that will remain on the tarnished record of this movement.
It is interesting to know:
Ali Khamenei, who today is the leader of the Islamic Republic, spoke in a public speech in 1358 about the freedom of different thoughts and ideas: “Different thoughts can express their own views and beliefs. Against decisive argument and proof, no thought can withstand resistance. Fighting ideas is only possible through the expression of thought and ideas, nothing else.”
Masih Alinejad, a journalist residing in London, told Radio Farda in this regard: “I believe the sword of suppressing freedom of expression is not only over journalists and press figures, but people like Jafar Panahi and Nasrin Sotoudeh have had their licenses revoked for directing and lawyering and are banned from work for 20 years. We have actors like Ramin Parcham and Fatemeh Motameddaria who are either banned from appearing or imprisoned. We have young poets and composers like Hila Sadeqi and Aria Aramnejad who are under pressure and persecution. Publishers whose licenses have been revoked and are under prosecution. These are all victims of censorship of freedom of expression in Iran, therefore freedom of expression has many victims among all social, political and cultural sectors.”
But what is the purpose of presenting such an urgent two-part motion close to elections with this content? Is the aim to prevent anyone from speaking or asking questions? This action contradicts the transparency that these gentlemen boast about, and its urgency suggests that something specific is about to happen!!!!!!!
O God, make it so in the end / That You be pleased and we be saved
