Wall Street Journal: Israel to Attack Iran on Monday

The “Wall Street Journal” reported on the prediction of American officials regarding Israel’s attack on Iran on Monday.
“Wall Street” wrote, citing informed sources: “American and Western officials predict that Israel will quickly respond to the attacks of the Islamic Republic by Monday, April 17.”
In an air alert issued by the country’s aviation organization on Sunday, April 16, flights from Imam Khomeini, Mehrabad, Shiraz, Isfahan, Bushehr airports and airports in the western part of the country were canceled until 6 a.m. on Monday. According to the Mehr news agency this morning, based on the directive issued by the country’s aviation organization on Sunday, the status of Tehran’s international airport from 6 a.m. and Mehrabad from 5:30 a.m. has returned to normal.
The Israeli military also announced one day after school closures were announced due to Iranian attacks that schools in the country would resume operations on Monday. The Israeli military also acknowledged that after assessing the situation, it decided to reopen schools across the country, but schools in areas bordering northern Lebanon or near the Gaza Strip will reopen with restrictions due to the possibility of renewed attacks.
So far, Iran’s attacks on Israel have been ineffective. The United States and Israel intercepted and destroyed a large number of missiles and drones, totaling over 300 units. According to published reports, these attacks have so far caused no deaths and left only 12 injured.
“Naftali Bennett,” former Prime Minister of Israel, in response to the ineffective attack by the Islamic Republic on Israel and the injury of a seven-year-old girl, wrote on his X account: “Khamenei cowardly struck her. We have always fought with octopus arms and rarely made the head in Tehran pay the price, but if Hezbollah and Hamas shoot rockets at Israel, Tehran must pay the price.”
“Anthony Albanese,” Prime Minister of Australia, also in response to these attacks, while referring to the unjustifiable nature of Iran’s unsuccessful attack on Israel, wrote: “I reject all these so-called justifications of the Islamic Republic. If this attack had been successful, like Hamas’s attack, it would have led to savage massacres in Israel and endangered the lives of innocent civilians.”
He added while calling the Islamic Republic an irresponsible actor: “Trampling on laws and threatening international security, supporting Hezbollah, Hamas, Houthis and their terrorist activities, demonstrate the very destructive influence of the Islamic Republic in the region. The human rights situation in Iran is also concerning. When the Islamic Republic uses police to arrest women for inappropriate dress, it constitutes a flagrant violation of citizens’ rights.”
