"Nowruz Rokhdad" summoned to Dehdasht Criminal Court

"Nowruz Rokhdad" was summoned to the Dehdasht Criminal Court to present his defense.

A notice was issued by the Dehdasht Court to Nowruz Rokhdad, a 35-year-old resident of Dehdasht, stating that he must appear at Branch 103 of Dehdasht Criminal Court No. 2 on April 4 to present his final defense.

He was arrested by security forces in December of last year and accused of "revealing confidential military documents and instructions and army secrets," "propaganda against the Islamic Republic," "spreading lies," "insulting Khomeini," and "insulting Khamenei."

He had previously been summoned to the Dehdasht Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office. In this summons, Mr. Rokhdad must defend himself against the charges brought against him for the last time.
