400 "hijab guards" to be deployed in Tehran Metro with salaries of 12 million Tomans

400 "hijab guards" with a salary of 12 million tomans were deployed in the Tehran metro to combat the lack of headscarves.

According to the online news agency "Faraz", 400 hijab guards were hired to prevent women from entering subway cars without a hijab and hand them over to the police force with a monthly salary of 12 million Tomans. It should be noted that they will also be granted "hard work" benefits.

Considering a monthly salary of 12 million Tomans for those who impose compulsory hijab on women, while according to the resolution of the Supreme Labor Council in 1402, the minimum monthly wage for workers is less than 5 million and 310 thousand Tomans, and this figure is about 8 million Tomans for workers covered by the labor law who are married and have children.

It should be noted that this wage payment does not include people who are not subject to labor law, but rather their wages are lower than those approved by the Supreme Labor Council.

The government's hijab guards, whose job is only to issue verbal warnings and who are tasked with introducing women to the police force if they fail to heed these warnings, not only receive a salary of 12 million, but they also benefit from the hard labor law. This is one of the injustices imposed on the people of Iran by the government of the Islamic Republic. Many people, despite having high educational qualifications, are still unemployed or receive meager salaries, but government agents enjoy very high salaries and benefits without any effort.

It is worth noting that the reaction of the people to this government action is such that they are increasingly appearing in public places without the hijab. The people declared that they have no fear of the government and its agents and will continue their uprising without the mandatory hijab until the victory of the popular revolution.
