24th Floor of Chamran Hotel in Shiraz Sealed Due to “Failure to Observe Islamic Conduct”

Hrana News Agency – The twenty-fourth floor of Chamran Hotel in Shiraz was sealed due to what was described as “norm violation and entry of individuals with unconventional dress.”

According to Hrana News Agency citing Fars, a floor of a hotel in Shiraz was sealed.

According to this report, “the twenty-fourth floor of Chamran Hotel in Shiraz was sealed by order of the judicial authority and by the Places Police due to what was described as ‘norm violation and behaviors contrary to social norms as well as unconventional dress.'”

Previously, the Police Commander-in-Chief of the country announced the implementation of the plan to “deal with improper hijab” from Saturday, 26 Farvardin of this year. Ahmad Reza Radan mentioned “vehicle impounding, sealing of commercial units and referring citizens to judicial courts” among the measures that will be implemented in dealing with non-compliance with “mandatory hijab.”
