The Association for the Defense of Civil Rights says it will soon file a complaint against the authorities responsible for combating the coronavirus.

The Association for the Defense of Civil Rights issued a statement announcing that it will soon file a complaint against officials responsible for the Ministry of Health and the National Headquarters for Combating Coronavirus.
In this statement, the arrest of Mehdi Mahmoudian, Arash Kaykhosravi, and Mustafa Nili, three members of this association, is condemned, and the association members call the arrest of these individuals illegal and demand their immediate release.
These three members of the Civil Rights Defense Association and six others were arrested on August 13 after holding a meeting to complain about some officials in dealing with the coronavirus.
According to the Judiciary Spokesperson, five of the arrested people have been released on bail.
The Islamic Republic's judiciary has charged these people with "disturbing public order" and some charges against national security.
Several journalists and political and civil activists have also been summoned to judicial institutions in recent weeks for criticizing the government's performance in combating the coronavirus.
Deaths from coronavirus have increased sharply in recent weeks, largely due to mismanagement in the fight against the virus.
