Arrest of child abuse suspect in Khorramshahr

On Sunday, January 18, the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor of Khorramshahr announced the arrest of a father who beat his 12-year-old child, saying that the child suffered a serious head injury and is currently hospitalized in the intensive care unit of Khorramshahr's Valiasr Hospital.

According to the HRANA news agency, citing the Iranian Broadcasting Corporation, today, Sunday, January 18, 2020, the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor of Khorramshahr announced the arrest of a child abuser father in the city.

According to him, this 12-year-old child, who was beaten by his father, suffered a serious skull injury and is currently hospitalized in the intensive care unit (ICU) of Valiasr Hospital in Khorramshahr.

Fakher Bavi said: "The child abuser was arrested today and brought to prison on bail during the curfew and handed over to the law enforcement authorities for investigation."

According to the report, this person beat his child to the point of unconsciousness and then took him to the hospital.
