210,000 students dropped out of school in the 1399/1400 academic year

The Deputy Minister of Education for Primary Education announced that 210,000 students will not be able to attend school in the 1399-1400 academic year.
According to HRANA news agency, citing the Student News Agency, the Deputy Minister of Education for Primary Education announced that 210,000 students will not be able to attend school in the current academic year.
Hakimzadeh claimed: Even children who are illegally present in Iran with their parents can receive educational support cards from the governorates and ultimately enroll in school after registering.
This claim by the Deputy Minister of Education for Primary Education comes at a time when Afghan immigrants are witnessing the Nationality Administration's failure to issue educational support cards to them in the final days of the registration deadline. This is despite the fact that last week the Ministry of Interior had issued a new circular promising to resolve this problem.
