Fraudsters inject water into chickens to make them heavier and sell them for more

Fraudsters have injected water into chickens to sell them at a higher price.

In the past few years, a video was posted online showing water being injected under the skin of chickens at slaughterhouses or distribution and packaging sites to make them heavier. The head of the Poultry and Fish Sellers Union stated in this regard: In the past, there were a number of violators among chicken sellers who would pour plastic barrels of ice water into chickens in their shops to make them a little heavier. However, now it is not possible to make chickens heavier with water in shops because chickens have long been packaged at slaughterhouses and under the supervision of the Veterinary Organization and sent to the consumer market.

Today, a video was posted on social media showing scammers injecting water into chickens to make them heavier. The video was apparently posted by actor Parviz Parastoi, who wrote: "I wish you could understand where this is. Watch the video carefully! This woman is injecting water into chickens so that the chickens become heavier and the seller can make more profit. How despicable and mean can this be? There is no conscience or fairness, this is the ultimate greed. A two-legged person can do anything, animals are more fair than these anthropomorphs."

Injecting water into chickens is also done to increase sales, while people's tables are getting smaller every day and they cannot afford to buy protein foods (chicken, fish, meat), and in some families, even once a year, there is no protein on their tables.

Despite knowing about this scam by the protein market mafia, the authorities are not taking any action to address such thefts. This is yet another way to empty people's pockets and loot their property, carried out by the mafia who are connected to the government.
