Attorney Fereshteh Tabanian prevented from appearing in court due to inappropriate attire

The judge of Branch 113 of Ahvaz prevented attorney Fareshte Tabanian from appearing in court due to her inappropriate attire.
"Fareshte Tabanian", a lawyer from the Judiciary Lawyers Center, was sentenced to three months in prison on charges of acting against the regime.
Today, Wednesday, May 10, 2023, Ms. Tabanian was summoned to Branch 113 of the Ahvaz Criminal Court to hear her charges. The charge against Fereshteh Tabanian was “spreading lies with the intention of disturbing public opinion.” After she went to the aforementioned branch, she was prevented from attending the court hearing by the branch judge because she was not allowed to enter.
The reason Ms. Tabanian was denied entry was because of the type of clothing that the branch judge deemed inappropriate. The clothing was completely observed and no flaws were seen in it, but Fereshte Tabanian was excluded from the hearing of her own case.
The issue of the hijab is an issue that even officials and clerics themselves have differing opinions on, but people are challenged over this not-so-important issue and services are refused to be provided to people who do not wear the appropriate hijab.
Fereshteh Tabanian's attire for appearing in court, which was described as inappropriate, has been published on social media, with authorities saying that this type of hijab is inappropriate.
