Haji Babaei: We will pay all the expenses of the Persian Gulf countries

At the National Program meeting, Haji Babaei announced that the Islamic Republic would cover the costs of the Persian Gulf countries.

Haji Babaei, the deputy speaker of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, spoke at the “National Co-Creation Program for the Future of Iran” gathering about the indirect subsidy that every Iranian spends on the Persian Gulf countries. He stated at the gathering: “With what research can a minister manage the Ministry of Silence? From eggs to airplane flights, it is in the hands of the Ministry of Silence.”

He added: "Have we found in our research what caused these problems? All the efforts we have made so far have resulted in this economy. Today we are faced with a blind spot of imbalance."

Haji Babaei also expressed the problems ahead as follows: "We have a 400-himat deficit in the energy sector, the indirect subsidy for every Iranian is 116 million tomans per year. We give 120 hemats per month in direct subsidies with 56 tomans to the dollar, our production has been destroyed because we have taken the subsidy from it. I calculated the indirect subsidy, which is 116 million tomans per person annually, and if we calculate for a family of four, they receive 580 million per year in indirect subsidies. But with the people's indirect subsidies, we pay for medicine, bread, gasoline, diesel, etc. of all the countries on the Persian Gulf coast."

He stated in this gathering about the problems of society and their solutions: "People are ahead of us, the officials, in solving problems. Our government officials should appear on television and talk to the people, we should talk honestly to the people. Any research that is soothing or confusing will definitely not be accepted by the people. We should honestly tell the people that 30 percent of us made mistakes, we will fix them. But 70 percent are blind spots that we are unable to untie. Will you help us implement it? I ask you to sit down and talk about the basics, say that these are the ones that need to be untied. Let's be honest."

Haji Babaei's remarks at this gathering indicate the weakening of the foundations of the Islamic Republic's system, whose elements are so reckless in talking about the mistakes and knots that the system has created in the country and have caused the extremely weak economy in Iran. But do the Iranian people still want the collapse of the system, or will they, according to the statements of Haji Babaei, the Deputy Speaker of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, help the government to untie the knots and solve the problems?
