London Underground explosion declared a terrorist incident

The incident took place at Parsons Green tube station in west London, and according to the report, several passengers suffered burns.
The AFP news agency, citing an eyewitness, described the burns as "severe".
Meanwhile, a Twitter user posted two photos from inside a London Underground train carriage showing a white bucket on fire.
London Police said it was aware of the incident and that police and paramedics were at the scene.
Following the incident, Transport for London announced that the London District Line between Earls Court and Wimbledon would be closed until further notice.
Further details about the nature of the explosion and the number of injured have not yet been released.
Britain has suffered four "terrorist" attacks this year alone, leaving a total of 36 dead.
