Ali Khamenei: "The Islamic Republic showed itself to be strong after the war with Israel"

At the 40th ceremony of military commanders, Ali Khamenei spoke about the strengthening of the Islamic Republic after the war with Israel.
Today, Tuesday, July 29, coincides with the 40th day since the killing of a group of nuclear officials and military commanders of the Islamic Republic, and Ali Khamenei delivered a speech at the ceremony.
At the ceremony, he emphasized the strength of the Islamic Republic in the 12-day war between Israel and Iran and said: "In addition to the great honors that the Iranian nation achieved, which the people of the world are now acknowledging, the Islamic Republic and the dear nation of Iran showed the world their power, their determination, their perseverance, and their full hands. These events were not unprecedented for us, and over the past 46 years, in addition to the eight-year war, the Islamic Republic has repeatedly faced events such as coups, various military, political, and security seditions, and forcing weak elements to act against the nation, and has thwarted all the enemy's conspiracies. If others had heard anything from afar, they felt the power of the Islamic Republic up close."
Ali Khamenei, while referring to the Israeli and American attacks on Iran's nuclear facilities, added: "What they are presenting as nuclear, enrichment, and human rights is an excuse, and the main reason for their discomfort and opposition is the emergence of new discourse and the capabilities of the Islamic Republic in various scientific fields and human, technical, and religious knowledge."
He also emphasized that the Iranian nation will not abandon its religion and knowledge, saying: "We will take great steps to strengthen our religion and expand and deepen our various knowledge, and through the blindness of the enemy, we will be able to bring Iran to the peak of progress and pride."
"Mahdiyeh Shadmani," the daughter of Ali Shadmani, the former commander of the IRGC's Khatam al-Anbiya base, also said about her father at the ceremony: "My father was killed in a direct pursuit with the Zionist regime in Tehran, but the IRGC had announced the cause of his death as the bombing of this base." She also added, quoting her mother, "My mother said, 'I have been waiting for such a moment for 47 years for your father to achieve his wish of martyrdom.'"
