The International Federation of Journalists (IFJ) announced a new round of pressure on Iranian journalists abroad.

The International Federation of Journalists announced in a report on Saturday, December 2, that Iran's security forces and judiciary have begun a new round of pressure on Iranian journalists who are based abroad and are engaged in news activities.
According to the report, Iranian journalists have told this international organization that at least six of their colleagues who work with Persian-language media outlets abroad have faced a new round of government intimidation and harassment.
The report quotes a journalist working in Europe as saying that Iranian security forces recently summoned his parents and asked them to convince him to stop working with the media outlet he works for.
