Mehri Talebidarstani: Clinic to stop wearing hijab will be established in Tehran soon

Mehri Talebidarstani, head of the Women's Department and the Amr Beh Marouf Headquarters, announced the establishment of a clinic to stop wearing the hijab in Tehran.
Mehri Talebidarestani, head of the Women and Family Department of the Amr Be Maruf Headquarters in Tehran Province, stated in a statement: "With the increase in families' requests to the Amr Be Maruf Headquarters to help girls and women who have distanced themselves from observing the hijab due to social conditions or environmental pressures, we have decided to establish a clinic to stop not wearing the hijab."
He added: "This measure is designed in line with the comprehensive program of the ecosystem of honor, modesty, chastity, and hijab, which emphasizes cultural and advisory approaches and is implemented as part of mandatory policies to promote hijab in society."
According to his statements and the Sisters Seminary News Agency, the establishment of this clinic is one of the new efforts in line with the policy of compulsory hijab and seeks to create an atmosphere that inspires women to believe that choosing to wear optional clothing and avoiding compulsory hijab is a kind of disease caused by societal pressures.
The Amr Be Marouf Headquarters also announced regarding the establishment of this clinic: "The Quitting Hijab Clinic will operate with the aim of providing psychological counseling and support to teenage and young girls who, due to environmental and social pressures, face challenges related to mandatory hijab observance."
It should be noted that the aforementioned clinic will be launched and monitored by the Women and Family Department of the Amr Be Marouf Headquarters in Tehran.
