Payment of 50 million Tomans in benefits to the repression forces in Saqqez

The payment of 50 million Tomans in low-interest loans to the repression forces in Saqqez was placed on the agenda of the relevant institutions.

According to reports and information published by informed sources, relevant institutions in the city of Saqqez have put on their agenda the payment of a 50 million toman loan with low interest and long-term repayment, out of turn, to the forces that played a role in suppressing the nationwide uprising.

The order to pay the said loan, with low interest and long-term repayment, was issued while many people are involved in providing guarantors and a long-term administrative process to obtain a loan with a lower amount or even a tenth of the said amount, which is sometimes not agreed upon.

According to published reports, the loan will be disbursed through Sepah Bank with an interest rate of 5 percent and a 60-month repayment period to mainly Basij and IRGC forces that played a role in suppressing people during nationwide protests in three stages, each stage to three groups of 140 people.

It should be noted that in order to avoid identifying the aforementioned individuals, they were prevented from visiting the bank, and bank employees took the forms and documents necessary for obtaining a loan to the "Hanzalah" barracks in the city of Saqqez. After completing the forms, obtaining signatures and other documents from the repressive forces at the same location in the barracks, the forms were returned to the bank by the employees, and the rest of the administrative matters were carried out at the branch.
