A child fuel carrier was killed by officers in Hirmand County.

On Monday, February 1, a 10-year-old child was killed following indiscriminate shooting by border guards at the Milk border in Hirmand County.

According to HRANA News Agency, citing Rasanak, on Monday, February 11, 2021, a child fuel carrier was killed after being shot by border guards in Hirmand County.

As of the time of writing, there is no information available about the identity of this 10-year-old child from Milk village, Hirmand County.

According to this report, border guards opened fire on the child tanker without warning, ultimately hitting him in the head.

Part of the annual report on the human rights situation in Iran for 2021 focuses on citizens who have been killed or injured by military organs.

In 2021, a total of 242 citizens were targeted by military forces, of whom 94 lost their lives, including 23 kolbars, 31 fuel carriers, and 40 citizens. 148 citizens were also injured by indiscriminate shooting by military organs, of whom 81 were kolbars, 51 were ordinary citizens, and 16 were fuel carriers.
